BT1 Return Policy

  1. No reason for return
  • Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package , if the electric scooter has no signs of use and does not affect the secondary sale , it can be returned without reason . If it is overdue or our company finds signs of use that affect the secondary sale, it cannot be returned without reason.
  • For returns without reason , the buyer needs to pay for each item: logistics fee, inspection fee, packaging fee (including packaging materials) , and shelf fee ( please refer to the quotation for details). If the buyer causes damage to the package during the return, all losses shall be borne by the buyer.
  • If the buyer does not use the "Return Order" to return the item, the buyer will be responsible for the courier fee and warehouse handling fee of 5 euros ( self-sent courier has the risk of being rejected by the warehouse) .
  • returning goods without reason , the buyer must provide photos or videos in advance as required by our company (Attachment: Sample document of photos for returning goods without reason) for our company to evaluate whether the return standards are met. The specific details shall be subject to the notification of our company .
  1. Returns due to product quality issues
  • that affect the riding function within 30 days of receiving the package , we support returns; if the quality issue described by the buyer is proven to be untrue after the deadline , we will not support refunds .
  • If the buyer does not use our "Return Order" to return the item, the buyer will be responsible for the courier fee and warehouse operation fee of 5 euros . If the product quality problem is returned , the buyer will be defaulted to return the item to the outlet, and our company will bear the logistics fee.
  • If the buyer has been given free replacement parts due to product quality issues, it is deemed that the buyer has accepted the repair by himself. In this case, returns are no longer allowed.
  1. Other instructions for return
  2. Returns to the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy , and parts of the United Kingdom can only be made by door-to-door pickup . Buyers are responsible for the door-to-door pickup service fee.
  3. Romania, Bulgaria , Croatia, and Serbia are relatively remote, and freight rates often change. Additional logistics fees are required. Please consult customer service for details.
  4. For door-to-door pickup return , please provide the accurate courier door-to-door pickup date and address 2 working days in advance, and please prepare the goods and accessories to be returned in advance (Note : Regardless of whether the pickup is successful, the logistics company will charge a fee based on the number of door-to-door visits ) .
  5. For return delivery at a self-delivery point , please notify our company one working day in advance and provide accurate return information including: name, address, contact number , and email address.
  6. Buyers are requested to provide accurate delivery address information. If the package fails to be delivered and is returned to the warehouse due to abnormal circumstances such as incorrect delivery information, the courier cannot contact the buyer, or there is access control at the delivery location, the buyer needs to bear the cost of the return operation. For the charging standards, please see the attached "Our Overseas Warehouse Return Fee Price List".
  7. If you change any information after the return order is issued, the courier company will charge a fee. The charge standard for reissuing the order is: 3.5 Euros/time for order change (there are risks in order change, and the delivery may not be successful after the information is changed. Please confirm the receiving information before placing an order) .

IV . Things to note when returning a package

  1. Buyers need to clean the electric scooter in advance, especially: the frame, handles, front and rear wheels, rear cover and other locations. Please take clear photos and send them back after cleaning.
  2. Please return all accessories and instructions.
  3. Please print out the return slip and stick it on the outer box (the return slip must cover the original courier slip), and arrange to take photos of the six sides of the package to prevent the courier from scanning abnormalities and causing the package to be returned to the shipper midway.
  4. For returns by self-delivery, the buyer must send the returned items and provide a shipping receipt within 7 working days from the day the return order is received. If the return is not made within the deadline, our company has the right to refuse the buyer's refund request.
  5. For door-to-door pickup returns, the buyer must make an appointment for the courier to hand over the package to the courier within 7 working days from the day of confirmation that the return requirements are met, and provide a shipping certificate. If the package is delivered after the deadline , our company has the right to refuse the buyer's refund request. If the buyer's time does not allow, it is recommended to return the product by self-delivery .
  6. After handing the return package over to the courier, please keep the delivery receipt signed by the courier (the second page of the return slip), and take a photo and send it back (if the courier loses the package, the delivery receipt will be required to make a claim).
  7. After - sales terms
  8. Minor scratches on the body of the product do not constitute a product quality issue. If the buyer minds, please place an order with caution. If you apply for a return for this reason after receiving the goods without using the scooter , it will be processed as "no reason return" and the cost of the return will be borne by the buyer ; the refund amount needs to be arranged according to the product return situation. If it affects the secondary sales, the full refund cannot be arranged .
  9. Our scooters do not provide road certificates. Buyers are advised to place orders with caution. If you apply for a return for this reason after receiving the goods without using the scooter /bicycle , it will be processed as a "no-reason return" and the cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. The refund amount needs to be arranged according to the product return situation. If it affects the secondary sales, we cannot arrange a full refund .
  10. During the warranty period , our company provides accessories free of charge, and the buyer is responsible for the repair costs and final freight. During the warranty period, if the buyer damages the accessories during use or modifies the accessories by himself, the buyer shall bear the accessories fee, repair fee and final freight. The specific evaluation criteria are based on the instrument mileage, vehicle video and photos provided by the buyer for confirmation. The product warranty period is as follows; if other accessories have quality problems when they are signed for, please provide feedback within 7 days from the day of receipt , and our company will arrange free reissue; if there are quality problems after the period, the buyer must purchase the accessories at his own expense.

If the customer does not report any problems with the shell within 10 days after receiving the goods, we will not provide after-sales service. If the customer reports that the shell is damaged by logistics within 10 days after receiving the goods, our company will provide after-sales service.

 

  1. If the buyer is given free replacement parts and discount compensation, it will be deemed that the buyer has accepted the risk of repair . In this case, the buyer will no longer enjoy the return service. Please use the compensation terms with caution.
  2. If the outer packaging is obviously damaged when the courier delivers the package , please ask the buyer to refuse to sign for it. If the buyer signs for the package, it is assumed that there is no problem with the package. If the product is damaged after unpacking, our company cannot claim compensation from the logistics company, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. If the package is found to be damaged during contactless delivery, please take a photo of the package before unpacking (the damaged area must be clear, and the photo must also clearly show the courier delivery note information), and then take a photo of the product after unpacking. In this case, a claim to the logistics company may not be successful. It is recommended that the buyer try not to provide a contactless delivery address.
  4. Waiver of warranty clause
  5. Damage caused by vehicle modification using non-original accessories is not covered.
  6. Damage caused by violent use or violent destruction is not covered .
  7. Damage caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters, and wars is not covered.
  8. Damage caused by water ingress or soaking in water is not covered .
  9. If the parts are damaged due to unstable voltage, the warranty will be void.
  10. Spare parts that have expired the warranty (shelf life) period are not covered by warranty.
